With over 20,000 tambour panels shipped, Loxaco has become a leading manufacturer of flexible-backed tambour for commercial construction and high-end cabinetry. Our panels are made to order and are customized by profile, species, and length. With over 30 stock profiles available and the capability to produce custom profiles from architect or designer specifications.

Each panel is 12″ wide and can be manufactured in lengths up to 12 feet. We sell our tambour exclusively through World Panel Products in Riviera Beach, Florida. To place an order, you can reach them at 561-840-0500.

Here is a list of our current stock profile options. By “stock,” we mean that we already have the knives on hand and are ready to run these profiles at any time. If you need a profile that is not on this list, simply let us know. We produce new molding knives every week and will gladly create a custom profile for your project.

The profiles below are available in most major wood species including poplar, walnut, white oak, red oak, cherry, mahogany, maple, and several others.

Before Loxaco existed, our owner purchased teak and marine plywood from World Panel Products as one of their customers. Through those transactions, a strong mutual respect grew. When Loxaco was founded in 2018, World Panel began hiring us to handle custom milling of teak and other specialty products. During one visit to their office, they handed us a sample of tambour and asked if we could produce it. We said yes without hesitation.

Since that day, Loxaco and World Panel Products have worked closely together, with our team manufacturing the tambour and their team handling all sales and distribution. We are grateful for the trust they placed in us and for their outstanding sales staff.

We do not sell flexible tambour directly.
One of the questions we hear often is whether we sell flexible tambour ourselves or only through World Panel Products. All flexible tambour is sold through World Panel. We are their exclusive manufacturer, and they are our exclusive distributor. It is an excellent partnership, and we intend to keep it that way.
