We had a client walk through our door and ask if we can replicate 3 moulding profiles for him. He said he went to his current building material supplier and was quoted at 10 weeks for those 3 profiles. We’re going to do it for him in 2 weeks.  

At 10 weeks turnaround, this supplier is losing business.

When a customer walks in with a specific request, you send us over the specs of the job. If you have a competitors profile number, list it. Otherwise, we’ll need the dimensions of the moulding (width and thickness).  

We provide a quote with an estimated delivery date.  

Once approved, the project goes on our schedule and we assign a delivery date.

If your customer selects a profile from SSI, Millwork 360, Palm City Millworks, or one of the other local millwork shops, we will offer that same profile with no knife fees.  This is applicable only for building materials suppliers.

Being based in Frostproof, FL, gives us the unique advantage that we’re in the middle of a large service area. We deliver all across Florida from the greater Orlando area south along both coasts. 

We run a daily route by area, and we offer rush deliveries for time sensitive projects.

Mondays: Southwest Florida – Fort Myers
Tuesdays: Tampa and Sarasota
Wednesdays: Greater Orlando
Thursdays: Space Coast and the Treasure Coast
Friday: Jupiter and Palm Beach

We like clarity and transparency. We’ve found that offering our clients access to our project management software that shows all of their current projects is extremely helpful with that. For one or two orders at a time, it’s not such a big deal. But when we’re really busy is where it shines. It keeps everyone on the same page without missing any pertinent details.

The job name will be referenced with your PO number.  At a glance, you can see the species, profile, quantity, lengths, and total lineal footage.  And most importantly, the due date.  You can also click into each order to see more project details.
