Our average turnaround time is 2 weeks for most orders. Our fastest turnaround time was 2 hours from the time the customer placed to order until they picked up. This included making custom knives to their spec and running the molding. While this isn’t the norm, it shows that we will go out of our way to take care of our clients. 

We have 4 Weinig moulders, multiple rip saws, and a cross trained crew that can run various shop equipment to make sure your jobs are completed on time. 

Loxaco specializes in making mouldings and paneling from solid wood. Here’s a few items that we offer:

-Base, casing, crown, and other profiles
-Short runs (10′) to long production runs (100,000′)
-TnG, shiplap, nickel gap
-Rigid tambour paneling options
-Exterior cladding options from thermally modified wood

At Loxaco, we have a stringent quality control process that starts with the paperwork when the job is approved and continues until the job heads out for delivery. To explain the inspections in simple terms, every time the material changes hands, a new inspection is performed. 

We’re looking for two things. First, is this the right product?  Meaning is it the right wood species, thickness, length, etc.  Second, we’re verifying that the quality of the product will work for the required application. If it won’t, we fail it and then take appropriate corrective action.

Being based in Frostproof, FL, gives us the unique advantage that we’re in the middle of a large service area. We deliver all across Florida from the greater Orlando area south along both coasts. 

We run a daily route by area, and we offer rush deliveries for time sensitive projects.
Mondays: Southwest Florida – Fort Myers
Tuesdays: Tampa and Sarasota
Wednesdays: Greater Orlando
Thursdays: Space Coast and the Treasure Coast
Friday: Jupiter and Palm Beach
