Ordering custom moldings is a simple process built for fast turnaround and clear communication.

Step 1: Provide the Profile

You may send:

A profile number
A sample piece
A drawing
A sliver of a profile scanned into your computer with measurements

We will confirm whether the profile matches a standard knife or requires a custom grind.

Step 2: Choose Material

Common species include:

Poplar (paint-grade)
White Oak (stain-grade)
Red Oak (stain-grade)
Ash (stain-grade)
Walnut (premium applications)
Pecky Cypress

Other species are available upon request.

Step 3: Provide Footage and Turnaround Time

Share your total linear footage and the required delivery or pickup date. Most projects are completed in about one week.

Step 4: Approve the Quote

Quotes typically arrive within 24 hours. Once approved and deposit is received, production is scheduled.
