Loxaco began as a small milling shop taking on custom jobs for local clients. The owner ran a 4 head moulder out of his home workshop in a residential neighborhood. Thankfully, the neighbors were patient with the noise!

From those humble beginnings, we’ve grown into a 15,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility with a dedicated team, multiple rip saws, high-capacity moulders, CNC machines, and a full production workflow.

For the last four years, Loxaco has been producing flexible tambour panels for architectural clients. In that time, we’ve manufactured over 250,000 square feet of tambour while maintaining a consistent 2–3 week turnaround for most orders. That commitment to fast delivery pushed us to refine our processes, expand our tooling capabilities, and become highly efficient at tasks like making molding knives and performing rapid moulder profile changes.

Some weeks we perform 20+ moulder setups, and over time we’ve developed streamlined systems that allow us to manage a large volume of custom jobs without sacrificing quality. We also regularly handle rush projects. One of our fastest turnaround jobs went from concept, to knife-making, to finished laid-up panels in just two hours.

This experience gives us a unique advantage in the molding market. We understand speed, precision, and communication; which is exactly what builders and millwork professionals need to keep their projects on schedule.

Loxaco is a millwork manufacturer based in Avon Park, Florida. We take pride in working efficiently, communicating clearly, and producing consistent, high-quality moldings and wood products. The photo shows our team seeing the new Frostproof facility for the first time. We’re expanding from 4,000 sq ft to 15,000 sq ft, with the move scheduled for December. We couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead!

Also pictured is our shop mascot – our goldendoodle named Teak.  And yes, he currently is sporting spots to make him look like a giraffe!
