This year, one of our Priority Builders needed a rush sample for a mockup for a client. They needed it urgently, and since they had reserved capacity in advance, we were able to take the drawings, create the molding knives, set up the moulder, and run samples in under two hours. Q: Are full house molding packages turned around in one week?
A: At the discretion of the size of the molding package. Larger or long molding packages may require additional time, which we will always discuss upfront before you approve the order.
Q: Does the priority schedule apply to every single order I place?
A: Yes, as long as your membership is active and your order fits within the agreed profile and volume range. It will be planned into our
reserve capacity block.
Q: Is there a minimum volume required?
A: There is no minimum volume. The program is designed for builders who need predictable production even on small runs. The value comes from guaranteed scheduling, not
from order size.
Q: How many builders can join?
A: Membership is limited. We only accept enough builders to guarantee the production capacity each one requires. Once those spots are filled the program closes.
