We use a state of the art swing blade sawmill made by TurboSawmill.  It’s called a swing blade because it will cut horizontally on the way out and then swing up to vertical for the return cut.  Each pass there and back of the head produces one dimensionally sized, straight edged board.  It will cut a maximum beam size of 10″x20″x18′ long.  It’s a very nice mill that produces very nice lumber.  

We generally have pine logs available for custom cutting.  Just let us know the quantities and dimensions that you’re looking for and we can get you a price.  

We love our wheel loader around the log yard. It’s great at offloading logs, moving stacks of lumber, clearing out sawdust, and getting logs set up on the mill. Sure beats doing it by hand!
