Loxaco is located in cow country – AKA rural Florida. We are right in the middle of the state and within 2 hours of Tampa, Sarasota, Orlando, and Palm Beach. While the central location is great for servicing customers, it provides difficulty in finding skilled operators who have experience in running moulders, gang rip saws, and profile grinders. As such, we tend to hire unskilled labor with good character and morals, and teach them the skills necessary to excel within our company. Below are links to some of the training that we provide. We will supplement these texts with photos and videos as time allows.
